Refund & Return Policy

4th Quarter Marketplace is a print-on-demand store. Every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, our return policy differs from traditional retail — please read carefully.

What We Cover (Free Replacements & Refunds)

We will issue a free replacement or full refund if your item arrives with any of the following:

Manufacturing defect (misprint, broken stitching, fading)
Wrong item sent (incorrect design, size, or color from what you ordered)
Item damaged in transit
Package lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)

To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

We do not require you to ship the item back. Once we verify the issue, a replacement or refund will be processed.

What We Do Not Cover

Because all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Wrong size ordered (please review our size charts carefully before purchasing)
Color variation from screen to print (minor differences are normal)
Items returned without prior approval

We strongly encourage you to double-check your size and shipping address before placing your order, as we cannot modify or cancel orders once they enter production.

Order Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Returned Packages (Undeliverable)

If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you. You may choose to have the item reshipped at your expense, or receive a partial refund (excluding original fulfillment costs).
