Welcome to 4th Quarter Marketplace. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

4th Quarter Marketplace (“4QM”) is an online streetwear and lifestyle brand operated by Jay Klutch, hosted on Shopify and fulfilled through Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service. Every item is manufactured and shipped directly from Printful’s facilities upon order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Because our products are printed on demand:

Minor color variations between screen display and the final printed item are normal and not considered defects.
Each item is unique and produced specifically for your order.
Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing. We accept major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments.

Production begins immediately after payment. Orders cannot be modified once they enter production.
Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing support@4thquartermarketplace.com. After that window, cancellation is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud, and will issue a full refund in such cases.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful.

Production time: 2–5 business days
Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
Shipping estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Address changes after order placement cannot be guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are made to order, we follow a print-on-demand return policy. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or change of mind.

We do cover defects, misprints, wrong items, and lost packages. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content — logos, designs, graphics, images, and text — is the property of 4th Quarter Marketplace and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

4QM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We are also not liable for delays or failures caused by our fulfillment partner (Printful), carriers, or circumstances outside our control.
